Cancellation Policy
To secure your appointment, a $20 non-refundable deposit is required when booking. The deposit will be applied to the remaining balance on the day of your appointment.
All cancellations or rescheduling must be done 48 hours prior to the date of the appointment. If your appointment is rescheduled within 30 days of the original date, the deposit may be applied to the remaining balance. After 30 days, the deposit is forfeited and a new one is required when booking.
If you are running late, there is a 10 minute grace period. After those 10 minutes, your deposit is forfeited and will not go towards the remaining balance.
After 15 minutes with no contact, you will be considered a no call/no show and will be charged for the service in full.
In the event of an emergency, please contact me immediately and appropriate steps will be made to reschedule/cancel.
